Panduan Asas Meningkatkan Keuntungan Dalam Pasaran Saham

Franchise

Simply, a franchise business is a method a company uses to distribute its products or services through retail outlets owned by independent, third party operators. The independent operator does business using the marketing methods, trademarked goods and services and the "goodwill" and name recognition developed by the company. In exchange, the independent operator pays an initial fee and royalties to the owner of the franchise.

The company that grants the independent operator the right to distribute its trademarks, products, or techniques is known as the franchiser. The independent, third party business person distributing the franchiser's products or services through retail or service outlets is called the franchisee.

how to invest on stock market

There are opportunities to make from stock market at this time around. However the these opportunities will remain as opportunities unless you purchase the right stocks at the right time ( at the right levels ). If you choose a wrong stock, your stock will probably won't even appreciate a bit even when the Composit Index has appreciated 100 or 200 points.

Fundamentally ( the strenght of Malaysian companies ) , Malaysian stocks do not worth as much they are reflected in the prices now but today, the Malaysian market is no longer about fundamentals but about money flow. Money flow is about how much money is going into our stock market. Foreign investors are still shying away from Malaysian market except for very few solid stocks but Malaysia governmetn is spending a lot to uplift or to sustain the market. Two of the biggest government funds come from the 1Malaysia fund and Valuecap (from EPF). 1Malaysia has allocated 12 billion ringgit for stock iinvestment but todate they have spent less than 4 billion ringgit. That means, this fund has yet to spend their balance of 8 billion ringgit. They are going to spend their money to purchase certain stocks , a very limited list of stocks. When the government funds keep buying local stocks, the market will continue to go up but only certain stocks will appreciate significantly ( from that limited list ) while the rest will probably go up a bit while many others will remain stagnant.

Source(s):

The PM will use government funds to sustain the market at least above the 1000 points otherwise investor ( local and foreigners ) will lose confidence in malaysian stocks and this is very detrimental not only to Malaysian economy but to his own political position as well.

Malaysia Economy

Malaysia is a South-East Asian country separated into two regions by the South China Sea. The two parts are Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysian Borneo. Kuala Lumpur is its capital city. As of 2009, Malaysia’s total population stands at over 28 million. Its neighboring countries include Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Brunei. Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and AirAsia are the major national carriers of the country. Malaysia can be reached by air from destinations, such as Australia, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
Malaysian economy witnessed an economic boom in the 1970s, following which it expanded to become a multi-sector economy from being a raw materials producer. The country’s rich natural resources ensure sound developments in agriculture, forestry and mining. Economic growth is also attributed to its border with the Strait of Malacca which is an important international shipping crossroad, which promotes the country’s international trade. Malaysia’s well developed manufacturing sector produces a diverse range of goods. The first three quarters of 2009, however, witnessed steep decline in the country’s economic growth. Volume of exports reduced drastically due to reduced consumer goods demand globally. The situation, however, improved somewhat in the Q4FY09. The Tenth Malaysia Plan is all set to be introduced in June 2010.
